SERIOUSLY In LOVE

God is about to pour His wrath on America and the nations. I continue to pray and cry out daily for God’s mercy.Another major earthquake just killed thousands of people. Imagine untold numbers of precious souls falling swiftly into the gaping mouth of Hell. If only the people would remember the covenant God made with Abraham and centuries later Moses.

Yesterday, I asked God why His judgement was going to be so cataclysmic and horrific. My relationship with my Father is lavish with love, provision, strength, joy and peace. It’s hard to imagine that such a loving Father could destroy His own creation by fire. My continued seeking led me to the beginning of His timetable with us.

God started out creating light and day, land, the creatures teaming in the sea, the herb of the earth and finally creating Adam and Eve. After each creation, He would say, “it is good”! That sounds to me like creating and designing he universe, the creatures and man & woman in His own image was delightfully invigorating. Never before has the book of Genesis been so intimate. God created man and woman for fellowship. Though He loved His creation, the rocks, mountains, plants and animals could not provide Him with the “connection” He sought. I though about this a minute and was deeply moved. An unfathomable and all-encompassing spirit wanted to emotionally connect with His creation!

Once I got past that illuminating fact, God reminded me of how the very heavens declared His glory. How could any person gaze at the Milky Way and the stars and not acknowledge that something or someone far greater than Himself was watching? I became very sad. Billions of God’s creation teem this planet, but how many actually stop to thank Him for the beauty? I was also deeply humbled realizing how worthy He is of our glory and thanks. Why was I blessed to have a personal relationship with Him and so many are completely unaware of His majesty and so many were not. I continued to ponder this great mystery.

God had a plan for Adam and Eve. He planned to make a great nation through their offspring, Abraham. Later, God was even more precisely devising an amazing plan…a journey into His very heart after seeing yet many more generations who had no interest in connecting with their Creator/father. He chose a shy man with a speech impediment named Moses. This was definitely God giving us yet another chance, the benefit of the doubt, to make it as “doable” as possible to connect with Him. God asked Moses to present His people with the ten Commandments.

The first commandment presented stated that He was the Lord our God and we are to acknowledge His deity, per-eminence and fatherhood over us. We are to love Him with all our body, mind and strength. Love is the greatest and highest commandment and can be laborious duty and responsibility. nevertheless, we are to take it seriously. If we love God in such a serious fashion, we will automatically love our neighbor as ourselves!

We are commanded to love even the unlovable, the wayward and the cruel. While Jesus was abused, He said, “Father forgive them for they know not what they do.” Imagine being so buffeted and marred beyond even looking like a human! Jesus knew they were not regenerated or knew the truth. We often misunderstand those around us when they do not fulfill our secret expectations? We become bitter, we back-bite, we spread slander and we accuse, rather than pray for understanding. we’d rather hold on to forgiveness and then become angry and bitter. Jesus reminds us to forgive our brother seventy times seventy, with an open heart. Often, when people are mean or attack it’s because they may be stuck in the bad habit of lashing out at the first person, rather than addressing the issue as it comes.

One of the reasons there is such strife and chaos in the world is lack of love displayed by God’s people. Some are perpetually on a witch hunt, looking actively for any reason to condemn, criticize and scrutinize within the parameters of their perception. The Bible tells us to be quite the opposite, to be forgiving and tender-heated. Do we listen to each other with open hearts? Or are we so busy planning the next comeback that we can’t be bothered to hear compassionately what our brother or sister has to say?

God is love. He created the world, the cosmos and humanity in love and in order. He sent his own son to the earth as a helpless infant for the purpose of reconciling us to Himself, but because of the world rejecting His love and sacrifice, His son will come back to earth as a judging high priest on a white stallion. God’s cup has overflowed. He is fed up and angry. He is most angry at His people who have strayed from the basic commandments of His father’s heart. He grieves at the disrespect towards life. He cries that His creation takes thoughtless pleasure in butchering h unborn children. He cannot condone genocide, particularly towards His people, the Jews.

God was seriously in love when he created the earth, moon, stars and universe. He delighted in what would become of Adam and Eves offspring throughout the generations under His care and providence. God has fallen out of love with His creation, just as he did when He had to destroy all of mankind except Noah and his family.

Upon hearing all the terrifying prophecies of last year and before, I’m amazed that Father’s sledge-hammer hasn’t crushed all the earth. His special people, the remnant Bride, who love and honor Him petition everyday and night for His mercy to prevail and that we can still share His “Good News” …to those who will listen. There is too much work to be done to be distracted and carnal, scrutinizing, condemning and accusing each other of imagined sin. We must come together for His Kingdom’s purpose, in unity of Love.

The commandments are our marching orders respectively. When we seriously love God with all our hearts, minds and souls, we will automatically love others! Jesus last commission before He went to be with the Father was make disciples of all men. preach the Gospel to the ends of the earth. Jesus loved people and He wept to see people in bondage and suffering. His mission was for all to come into repentance to taste of His goodness and be transformed.

When judgment hits us, pastors, prophets and leaders will ask, “How have we robbed God, or how we been disobedient?”

We have not followed the commandments. we have not loved our neighbor as ourselves. The greatest disobedience is not putting God first over everything in our lives, along with not making soul-sinning a priority. Thus, we do not seriously love God or our neighbor! People mistaking frenzied church activity as God-service, but it is not.

Two scriptures stand out in my heart as being obedient..very simple

James 1:27
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

Micah 6:8
8 He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you, But to do justly, To love mercy,And to walk humbly with your God?

As God’s judgement swiftly approaches, millions of lives will be lost in the great coming earthquakes, plagues, civil war, drought and floods. I wonder how any Child of God is not urgent and wanting to let the people know that He is their refuge and provision when the government won’t be able to fulfill the need for food, clothing & shelter. Masses will be hungry, wounded and fearful when they see things they though could only be seen in the worse science fiction movie.

Now is the time to reach out to those in the nursing homes, prisons, street corners, even those in your own neighborhood. Make yourself useful and be about Father’s business. Go out and evangelize with whatever means you have. Some are waiting for God to give them a sign or for His audible voice Just do it. You don’t need “marching orders”from God or permission. Just go out. Too many people are legalistic, afraid of making a mistake. Sharing the Gospel with anyone is never a mistake. It’s everyone’s duty to participate in the great “commission”. When the concern for eternal destinies become so urgent where we are compelled to heal, comfort and deliver, God is pleased. Don’t let anyone condemn you for being a “soul winner” and be excited to give a testimony of what God did!

Father God has indeed allowed us a little window of time and is holding back the judgment for us to touch a few more souls. Pastors, please teach your flock that we are God’s temple. We are His hands and heart. Let’s get back to basics, to love what God loves, to hate what God hates and to weep at what God weeps at. I pray that today, Holy Spirit will well inside of you and you would take the initiative to “Love” in these last days.

Let’s take a refresher course in LOVE 101!, 1 Corinthians 13

If I speak in the tongues[a] of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast,[b] but do not have love, I gain nothing.

4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. 11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. 12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
Time is short..

Love seriously…Just do it!

PASTOR’s Prayer

It’s been a tough year with all the negative reports from TV pastor prophets who keep reminding us, “Get Ready.”

God’s cup is about overflowing. Some ask, “get ready for what?”
Many are excited about the Mitt Romney/Paul Ryan campaign. Some believe that a new president will bring about the change they are seeking for our nation. I know something BIG and serious is soon to happen. I’ve not slept well and waking up in the wee hours of the night, I find myself praying…and praying hard!

Often, I ask God, “How did it get so bad?” My Facebook friends with prophetic leanings continually post urgent reports from pastors/prophets. Judgement is coming. Stay alert. Have your lamps filled with oil. God is about to explode with great glory to his Bride. Am I missing something here?

God finally answered my question about why and how this nation got so bad. I went to the book of Kings in the Bible.

The prophet Elijah confronted King Ahab…uninvited! 1 Kings 18. John the Baptist confronted King Herod about marrying his brother’s wife Herodias, Mark 6 17-29 When was the last time any big TV, (or otherwise) pastor confronted any of our presidents, governors or senators with,”Thus sayeth the Lord.”

When Israel strayed through idolatry and great sin, King Jehoshapat, King Ahaziah, Ezra and Nehemiah brought out the law for the people to remind them of God’s commandments and covenant. regarding America’s downfall and diminishing honor, our pastors have not been bold in standing for God’s law and truth. The line between right and wrong, good and evil have become so blurred few are sure of what truly is right.

The Lord reveals Himself to those who diligently seek Him and who love His law. I love righteousness, justice and mercy. Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the world. He is near to the brokenhearted. I am broken-hearted when I see God’s people follow the ways of the secular and worldly-minded.

I weep when God’s people do nothing about the murder of the unborn, the sex-trafficking, pornography and snuff films. Pastors are afraid to preach, “Thus sayeth the Lord” to their congregations and about how God forbade his people to commit abominations. God promises that through His son every stronghold is broken.

Many of God’s people are supporting the entitlement mindset, (welfare). Generations of families expect the government to provide their every need, but Gods word says if a man does not work, he shall not eat. If a man does not support his household, he is worse than an infidel!

Senator Marco Rubio recently talked about how the immigrants arrived at Ellis Island all with the hopes of having freedom and a better life in America. America was the refuge for people living under tyranny and for their families to live under liberty.

It is time for pastors to get back to basics…to teach their flock God’s law in the Bible. It is time for pastors to teach about civic responsibility and to vote for candidates who hold dear God’s commandments. It is time for Pastor to not be afraid to lose their 501-C-3 status and preach the word of God with boldness and courage like Elijah and John the Baptist. It is time for Pastors to stop preaching only “feel Good” sermons.

Thank God for Pastor Ray Thoman, HIA RADIO, who God called to be a watchman on the wall and to get our focus back on Holiness and repentance. Unless we, God’s people, the Church arise up and be the CITy on a Hill Jesus told us to be, we will be swept away.

Diabolical plans are unfolding. Now we must FAST pray and repent.

Abba, we uphold our pastor to you, that they would be fearless, bold and faithful to your word. May they preach the FUll Gospel. May they also URGE their flock to vote for godly candidates. May they remind us that FREEDOM is a God-given gift. May they also remind us of our Constitution and Bill of Rights for We the People. May God be merciful to His people here in America in the great and terrible Day of the Lord. Judgement is coming soon and though we walk in the valley of the shadow of death, we will fear no evil. In Jesus name we pray,Amen.

GIANTS WILL FALL

He who has an ear…let him hear. This message is for the church, the Bride of Christ whom God has already supplied all ability, protection and provision.

Our media has portrayed great worldwide upheaval. Fear engulfs even God’s people when they allow themselves to be overwhelmed by  work, house  obligations and physical challenges.  I’m wont to fall prey to fear pangs, but despite all the myriad tangible and spiritual assaults, Abba Yahweh has placed us in the world to be salt and light.  His great promises and the Biblical testimonies of our great patriarchs and matriarchs prove His word. Several of my favorites are Joseph, Moses, Elijah and David. In times of the weight of fear and anxiety, I reread shepherd David’s account of his great victory against behemoth Goliath.

The Philistines camped against the Israelite sending their giant, Goliath to intimidate and mock.

“Why have you come out in line for battle? ” he chided. “Choose a man for yourself and let him come down to me. I defy the armies  of Israel this day. ”

Saul and the whole Israelite armies trembled. Imagine the atmosphere of that scenario. After all the great miracle God did for the Israelite after they left Pharaoh’s captivity, they forgot and let fear take them over.  Meanwhile,  David’s father, Jesse had sent David down to bring food to his older brothers  enlisted in the army. David heard the giant Philistine’s boasts as he presented himself to the Israeli  commanders day after day.

Surveying the Giant’s audacity, David asked incredulously,   “Who is this uncircumcised Philistine that he should dare to defy the armies of the living God?!”

David’s words were reported to Saul and Saul  called for him. As the story goes, David killed Goliath with only his stone and slingshot. I don’t believe David had an inkling of doubt that he would be unable to take down such a large foe. David walked in full confidence and authority in God’s ability to overcome Israels’ enemy.

God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind, a mind to oppose all fears, doubts and failure and the church must walk in that same power, confidence and authority as young David did so long ago. God’s  empowerment has not changed despite some Christian denominations who believe that  miracles were for that time. God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow and  time and space are no limitations to the great I AM!

Time and time again, the Bible depicts with great authority, the victories our Biblical forefather’s tasted. Moses speech was an impediment to him, but he accepted the challenge God set before him to lead the Israelite s from their captivity.  Though Moses, foe, Pharaoh was obstinate, Moses continued in obedience despite the calamity and suffering that came against the Egyptians.

Most of the church today looks on and bemoans the chaos and disaster occurring on our planet  for the most part, we passive  onlookers, rather than offensive warriors opposing Satan’s  global assaults. We should be like David, boldly coming against our uncircumcised infidel opponents with an authority and certainty that God’s goodness, restoration and salvation shall overcome and prevail! I see the church acquiescing and cowering regarding demonically orchestrated events.

Psalm 91:7 says that a thousand shall fall, ten thousand at your right hand, yet it shall not come near you.

Remember when the deadly plagues  fell upon the Egyptians because Pharaoh would not let the people go. The plagues continued to come. The final and most devastating was the death of the first-born. But God’s divine protection was upon His people for he provided a covering, the blood that was to be painted on the door lintels. Today, Jesus blood is the protection as we apply it to all dangerous situations…if we cover our dwellings with it. Many of God’s people are ignorant and perish because they are not aware of His eternal providence and provision.

Again and again, we hear of people ask, “Why did God allow the World Trade Center buildings to be attacked?” Why did God allow the earthquakes in Haiti and Japan.” Well, duh…did any of us plead the blood of Jesus  over these?

I am studying an amazing book on Psalm 91, authored by Peggy Joyce Ruth. She teaches verse by verse the  supernatural and all-encompassing protection as well as  testimonies of countless people of faith who evaded a myriad of dangerous circumstances through standing on Psalm 91’s promises. The Bride of Christ and the Jews can enjoy this very same blessing today if they receive and believe.

Our God is also a God of second chances and occasional changes His mind in cases of true repentance and weeping.  King Hezekiah is my favorite example of such a trust.  He had fallen to a serious illness and the prophet Isaiah told him to set his house in order for he would not recover  King Hezekiah could not accept this and set his eyes on God, praying that God would allow him to live. God was so moved by his tears and prayer that He added 15 years to his life and also saved the city from the  King of Assyria! God does hear our faith-filled and powerful prayers and I know it is within every child of God to walk in God’s power and authority.

god is lifting me to a new place of faith and I’ve made it a bedtime habit lately to set my thoughts and worship on my gracious  Abba Yahweh who’s provided a warm bed, food, clothing, a wonderful husband and great country. I plead the blood of Jesus over America, Israel, the awakening of the church, protection from demonic nuclear assaults, plague, EMP blasts and a host of other catastrophes.

I remember years ago moaning to my old pastor about all the evils of the  world.  I was offended by his  response ,”Don’t curse the darkness. Light a candle.” Today I see why he said it. To often we accept all prophecies or even the magnitude of them as written in stone, but our God is gracious even in judgment. He loves His people and doesn’t want one person to perish without Him.  If we repent and turn away, He wants to heal our land. When will we get it?

If every child of God wept in anguish over our lost generation and spiritual darkness, God will help us to turn the Titanic around! It is still not too late, but we have little time. Let the church start praying and weeping with the same  heart as pastor  David Wilkerson of Manhattan Church less events would destroy.  There is an increasing joy and confidence each day as I pray with other brothers and sisters in God’s power and authority against the principalities of darkness. .

I encourage you, my friend to start reading and applying God’s great provision and see what He will make of you!
