…And the Killing Goes on…

“There has been far too little interest shown and there are no   UN              peacekeepers to help provide at least some semblance of protection. So the people are just being mowed down,” Smith said in an interview on C-SPAN’s “Newsmakers” program to air on Sunday.

“We have another potential genocide — certainly mass killing — because of who they are, their ethnicity and their faith,” representative Chris Smith said.

This is horrendous news. Persecution continues to rear it’s diabolical head across the globe like a ravenous, fiery cancer.  Obviously, the world has not learned any lessons from the Nazi dictatorship in German, the Jewish genocide or the killings of Christians  in the African and far Eastern nations.

So what is God’s people, the church doing about it? Ah…persecution is good? I can’t help to groan. “why is murder, especially to brutal slaughter of civilians and Christian acceptable? Maybe it is a badge of honor to missionaries, but I see it as blatant, immoral assault against humanity. Call a spade a spade.

I can’t help but be deeply concerned and angry that the world  yet once again  ignores what is happening in Sudan on the premise that those people are being persecuted for  the Gospel of Christ. So when does the barbarian slaughter of babies, the feeble elderly and nursing mother not become  a human rights violation issue.

We know that Christ told us there would be persecution, but does that give us the right to shrug our shoulder in non-challant apathy? God’s  people should be the first on the offense against evil. Thou shalt not kill.  So…it’s okay for them to kill us but we are to lay down before our oppressors. Queen Esther did not agree to lay down as the king’s decree went out that all Jews should be killed. Esther cared about the fate of her people and di something about it.

Just because we are Christians and hated for His sake does not mean we have to accept being hacked to pieces by the infidel.

Let God’s people join together as Queen Esther did to oppose the forces of evil across the globe.  Let us join, my friends in Prayer and fasting to turn the hearts of these assassins to our Lord.

Amen.

ISRAEL and OBAMACARE

Two major issues face America at this moment.

The first issue is with the Obama Health Care Plan

http://aclj.org/obamacare/aclj-105-members-of-congress-urge-scotus-to-reject-obamacare

“From the very start, this issue was destined for the Supreme Court. The time has come for the high court to engage ObamaCare and not only strike down the individual mandate, which forces Americans to purchase health insurance, but the entire health care law as well. The individual mandate is inextricably linked to the health care law and the two cannot be separated. We’re urging the Supreme Court to take up this issue soon and restore clarity to a very confusing legal landscape.”

The second issue, even more important is the issue with the Palestines seeking statehood at the United Nations. I have posted many times on FACEBOOK and private emails. I hope that despite the responses, you are all doing your part as an America, and more yet as a Christian to Stand with Israel. We will suffer great repercussions if we are not supporting Israel. America has enjoyed great providence and blessing because of our alliance with Israel, so I urge you this time to respond to this calling by prayers, fasting and LOUD support of our sister, Israel.

Listen to what our candidates are saying!

PLEASE, be educated and informed about what our Heavenly Father expects from us

Micah 6:8

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good.
And what does the LORD require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy
and to walk humbly with your God.
